Yes. We deliver island-wide. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your district, and orders above Rs 6,000 qualify for free shipping.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct bank transfer. Payment instructions are shown at checkout and included in your order confirmation email.
Standard orders are dispatched within 1β3 working days. Custom and corporate hampers may take a little longer depending on the items selected; we will confirm a timeline after your order is placed.
Yes. Use the Track Order page and enter your order reference to see the latest status. You will also receive email updates when your order status changes.
Because most items are curated or personalised, returns are handled case by case. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. Full details are on our Return Policy page.
