Due to the custom and perishable nature of hampers, returns are generally not accepted. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

Eligible cases will be replaced or refunded to the original payment method. Courier delays outside our control are not refundable, but we will support claims with the carrier.
